Important Technical Note: This generation of the Chevrolet Equinox comes equipped with turbo engines (1.5L and 2.0L displacements). Please precisely verify the compatibility of the air box assembly with your vehicle's engine capacity before completing the order, as there may be minor differences in the intake hose outlet diameter. During installation, ensure you carefully transfer the original Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF Sensor) without touching its internal electronic components, and make sure the housing cover clips are clamped tightly. Any unmetered air leaks (Unmetered Air) behind the sensor will directly cause RPM fluctuations (RPM), weak turbo boost, and trigger the check engine light (Check Engine).
