Highly Important Technical Note: Please distinguish precisely between the two types of tail lights; this component is the inner piece (Inner) that mounts directly onto the trunk lid (tailgate) structure and moves with it when opened, complementing the outer tail light mounted on the fender. Since the vehicle underwent a mid-cycle update (Facelift) for the 2022-2023 models, the engineering design of the inner lens and the lighting distribution completely changed compared to the 2018-2021 models (Pre-facelift style). The two pieces are completely non-interchangeable and cannot be installed in place of one another. Please verify the vehicle's trim level (LS, LT, RS, Premier) to match the electrical connector plug precisely. During installation, it is highly recommended to thoroughly inspect and tightly secure the rear gasket (sealing rubber) to prevent car wash water or rainwater from leaking into the door cavity, thereby protecting the wiring harness and the rear wiper motor from electrical short circuits.
