Important Technical Note: The sway bar link (Link Rod) connects directly between the main stabilizer bar (Sway Bar) and the front strut (Strut). Its pivotal function is to distribute weight and pressure between the right and left sides during cornering to prevent vehicle swaying or body roll (Body Roll). Damage to this component or torn dust boots causing grease leakage directly leads to a very distinct clunking or rattling noise near the struts when driving on uneven roads, small bumps, or cat's eyes. Since both links are subjected to the same driving conditions and stress, it is highly recommended to replace them together as a pair (right and left) to ensure balanced suspension system stability. It is also preferable to inspect the wide stabilizer bar bushings (Stabilizer Bushings) during installation to ensure all noises are completely eliminated.
