Highly Important Technical Note (New A/C Gas & Model Variations): Ford launched a comprehensive update and structural change in the front cooling system components for F-150 trucks starting from the 2024 model and continuing through the current 2026 models; accordingly, the condenser dimensions, mounting points, and freon line inlets differ completely from the previous generation models (2021-2023).
Freon Gas Warning: These modern trucks rely on the new eco-friendly freon gas type (R-1234yf), which requires operating pressures and sealing specifications that differ from the old (R-134a) system. Please note that the condenser size and specifications may vary slightly based on the truck's engine type (EcoBoost Turbo, V8 Naturally Aspirated, or PowerBoost Hybrid). Therefore, it is recommended to match the part or provide us with the Chassis Number (VIN) before purchasing.
When the condenser is subjected to impacts or leaks due to flying gravel, it must be replaced immediately because gas deficiency or clogged condenser fins cause a severe drop in cooling performance while idling, and inflict direct damage on the vehicle's compressor. Upon installation, it is highly recommended to perform a complete "vacuum" process (evacuating air and moisture) on the loop before recharging the freon to the correct weight specified by the factory.
