It does not function merely as an aesthetic bezel, but also houses the control panel for the A/C buttons, volume, parking sensor system, and radio functions in its lower section.

Trim & Screen Size Warning (Highly Important Before Purchasing): Since this component is an original used part, it has been meticulously inspected to ensure the integrity of the rear mounting clips (Mounting Clips) which prevent any loose play or rattling noises inside the dashboard while driving. Please note that this frame varies according to the vehicle's specifications:

  • Large 8.4-inch Screen (Uconnect 8.4): This is the most requested frame configuration for high-end trims (Limited, Overland, Summit, SRT).

  • Small 5.0-inch Screen (Uconnect 5.0): This comes on standard base trims (Laredo), and the cut of its internal opening is completely different from the large screen version.

During removal and installation, it is highly recommended to use soft plastic interior pry tools (Pry Tools) to avoid scratching the original dashboard. The integrated button control panel and rear plugs are easily transferred from the old frame and secured into the new frame using standard screw fastening points.
