• Genuine OEM Parts: 7 days from the invoice date.
• Aftermarket / Replacement Parts: 5 days from the invoice date.
• Used Parts: 10-day startup/operating warranty from the date of receipt.

Warranty Conditions

• The original invoice is required for all warranty claims.
• Fitment must be confirmed before installation.
• Installation must be completed by a qualified workshop specializing in American vehicles.
• A workshop invoice and technical report may be required to verify the defect.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging, security markings, and warranty seals must remain intact.

Not Covered

• Incorrect installation, incompatible vehicle fitment, misuse, overheating, accidents, or external damage.
• Labor, installation, towing, programming, painting, or other incidental costs.
• Electrical parts after installation or opening their packaging.
• Consumable items such as filters, belts, brake pads, oils, and spark plugs.
• Body parts that have been painted, modified, or installed.

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, invoice, photos or video of the issue, and the workshop’s technical report.
